I’m almost talking for weeks about my little journey to paris, and finally when you’re going to read this, I’m already up in the air.
Paris Beauty Places – The List
It’s not the first time that I’ve been to france but the second time. I love to stroll through the streets and to visit the Montmartre with it’s amazing artists and paintings and to eat a baguette with cheese in front of the Eiffel Tower. France and especially paris is a romantic place everyone should go to at least once.
Today’s article will be about Paris but mainly about the secret beauty places every women should visit on their holidays in paris. I love the good old vintage shops in St. Germain and it became one of my favorite places. It was the first time I bought myself Bobbi Brown cosmetics and that I’ve ever been to Sephora on the Champ de Elysee. Let’s start with a little guide of all the good and secret places on a list:
Bobbi Brown – Among Marais
1 bis rue des Francs-Bourgeois, 75004 Paris
One of my favorite places that I found in paris. Since I love natural cosmetic products, Bobbi Brown definitely got the right sortiment for me. I bought my Bobbi Brown books “Make Up Manuals” and “Pretty Powerful” there and lots of other make up stuff. The shop is quite small and there’s a huge difference to Lafayette- If you love to browse in a quieter area, this might be the right place for you. The counter offers a great selection and variety of products. If you want to check it out, click here.
Galeries Lafayette
40 Boulevard Haussmann, 75009 Paris
A go to place if you’re in paris! Every cosmetic brand that you could mention, you will find there for sure. I was impressed by the great hall and there I discovered the bareMinerals products as well. If you’re looking for a perfume, Tom Ford brushes or anything else that you’re up to, be sure not to miss Galeries Lafayette. Lafayette is also this time on my list- Need to stock up my sortiment urgently :P
Salons du Palais-Royal Shiseido
142 Galerie de Valois, 75001 Paris
If you’re looking for really special and high luxury perfumes you will find it ’round the corner of Palais Royal: Serge Lutens, the owner of Salons du Palais-Royal Shiseido is a well known photographer who worked several times for paris vogue and as a artistic director of makeup for Christian Dior, offers a great variety of perfumes that are delicate. The prices are quite expensive and start from 100 Euro upwards. The last time I’ve been there I didn’t have much time to get me a bottle of perfume, but maybe this time I will ;)
Culture of Color Nail Bar
154 rue du Faubourg St Antoine 12e, Paris
One of the best and exciting places in paris for every woman who needs a quick manicure. You’ll find there nail varnishes in every color and named after Katy Perry or Nicki Minaj. From metallic to golden, they offer a wide arrange of colors that dry very quick. The good thing about it: You don’t need to make an appointment before. I had the problem that I needed a manicure really urgently (I decided to put on nail polish the day I flew to paris-not a good idea!) and I wherever I tried to make an appointment they were booked out. Check out their website for more information about the saloon.
The list is small but unique. I hope I could give you some impressions of the cosmetic side of Paris. I hope the weather will be fine during my stay. Follow me on instagram to stay tuned!
Au revoir!
