Who’s familiar with the Golden Rule every Bride should know? There’s one, I will never forget and I’m sure everyone will know…
Something Old, Something Borrowed, Something New, Something Blue. This weekend I started detailed thinking about my dress and especially the missing accessories that are very important for a complete bridal look. Accessories like Earrings, Necklace and of course a beautiful barrette.
Golden Rule – Yes or No?
The first question about this old tradition is, will I follow the golden rule? The good thing is, I’m going to try, but I’m a bit unsure when it comes to the blue accessory. There are many ways like wearing a barrette in your hair up-do and beautiful bracelets- Sometimes spontaneity is a good way to find out :) Here are some inspirations, for all the brides: Even if you have no bearing on some of the rules like “something borrowed” you should talk with your bridesmaids first.

Golden Rule- Something Borrowed
The Mother in Law and your bridesmaids are here the one’s that will help you out with the borrowed piece. Sometimes it’s a beautiful necklace that your best friend and bridesmaid will borrow you to walk down the aisle and sometimes it’s a vintage ring, a heirloom that you get from a family member that reminds you of memories and family history. Both pieces are very important and give you the final “Something Borrowed” and “Something Old” pieces. Can’t wait what I’m going to get and I’m anxious about it.
Something New? You Got It…
Well…the dress! Except you got it from your mother and got it resized for your wedding. Just kidding :D The usual case is to buy your dress which means you finally complete the circle of the golden rules with “Something New”.

It depends on you, if you’re going to follow the rule. I think it’s a little part that shouldn’t be forget and you should give it a thought at least. Anyway, I’m sure you’re having a beautiful and magical day fulfilled with lots of emotional moments.
