Blue Denim is definitely one of the basic styles that I love to pull off around this time of a year. Back then when I was in school I remember those blue patchwork shirts but the truth is they never looked good on me. Leandra Medine from Man Repeller is the perfect type and well-known for wearing extraordinary pieces. 70’s Wide cut jeans suit her so well and she has also proven us that patchwork pieces can look extremely stylish.

Anyway, I think it really depends on the person, who wears it. Fashion Week has forecasted us the 70s to wear this year, but I still have my doubts about some key elements. I have to say that I’m not really into wide cut jeans and I think that’s something I’m not going to change in the near future. What elements or garments to play with instead? Fringe and suede leather pieces have definitely caught my eye. These pieces are timeless and go never out of style. I have also thought about mix-matching these elements in on of my upcoming looks.

Blue Denim – Men and Laundry

This blue denim shirt has a story to tell. Actually it’s not womenswear and was supposed to be my husbands shirt. The truth is girls, we all know what happens if the husband does the laundry? The sad truth is, he ended up with a fresh washed shirt that didn’t suit him anymore. Good for me, as I’m the lucky owner now! Actually I enjoy wearing my husbands sweaters and shirts – I fell for the loose oversize style, it’s really comfortable and adds a sexy “just got out of bed” touch ;) Actually I’m wearing one of his vests at the moment, ooops! However, I think he wouldn’t mind ;)
