The first Sunday in Advent is over and the Christmas month has just arrived. It’s my favourite time of the year when I spend spare time at home watching my movies with lots of tea and milk or reading my beloved magazines.
The weather forecast announced first snow for this week, right on time to ring in Christmas season. Fashion Trends this winter appear quite glittery to me: Glitter shoes, glitter accessories and All that Glitter that is found on sporty sneakers and plenty more. One of the magazines I like to flick through is Company magazine, because of their beautiful inspirational pages that include various collages. On Christmas Eve I want everything to be perfect and many thoughts about the dinner and decorations are already running through my head. Quite early I know but there’s a long gift and shopping list I need to work through!
All that Glitter and Baubles…
I enjoy changing my Christmas Look every year and love making a challenge out of it. Getting dressed for Christmas Eve is like a ritual to me that repeats every year. This year’s inspiration relates to “All That Glitter”, the sparkles and baubles that keep us in Christmas moods. I decided to stick to my “Less is More” rule to not end up like I a little disco ball :P There are lots of DIY’s in newspapers and magazines that inspired me to share my Christmas style and more exciting posts with you on the blog. I have planned a lot of great things on Wearabelle that include everything from Tips and Gift Guides to Christmassy Makeup Looks and much more. I hope you’re excited as much as I am! Let’s see this month as little Christmas story which starts with the first chapter: All That Glitter…
